When moving to a new place one of the most important things to consider is where your children will go to school. Whether you are looking at higher education, elementary schools or preschools the Triangle offers a multitude of choices.

The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, North Carolina State in Raleigh and Duke University in Durham are among the top universities in the country and are located at the corners of the “Triangle.” With the abundance of programs offered by these universities there is likely to be something for everyone.

The Triangle also boasts some of the best public schools in the country. The Wake County Public School System, Durham County Public School System, Orange County Public School System, Chapel Hill – Carrboro Public School System, and the Johnston County School System are among the most highly ranked in the nation. From traditional to year-round schedules, charter schools, traditional schools and magnet programs, these public schools offer many alternatives.

Choosing a program for your younger children can be time consuming and difficult. Every child deserves the best start possible and studies have shown that a quality childcare program can provide that. Enrolling your child in the right program at a young age can increase his or her chances of success in school later on.
