If you do not have an ad already designed, The Original Relocation Guide will design one for a small fee. Simply provide a logo, pictures, copy and contact information to your sales rep. Designs include two rounds of revisions. Advertisements designed by The Original Relocation Guide are intended for the sole use by this publication. Any ad outside of this publication will not be reworked.

Policies:
• All errors not found in proofing are the responsibility of the advertiser (after camera ready art is sent in or after the created ad has been approved).
• Submissions of ad materials and camera ready ads are the responsibility of the advertiser. Copy from the last insertion will run if new copy is not received or if the advertiser does not respond by deadline. If there is no previous ad, the client is liable for the contract cost.
• Rates and quotes are net of agency commissions.
• We DO NOT accept (and will not rework) Microsoft Word, Works, Publisher, Power Point, Pagemaker, Freehand or Quark.

Email - send to reloadmin@bellsouth.net for files less than 10mb
2. We accept ONLY:
PDF - must be 300 dpi, CMYK, with all fonts and images embedded
EPS - must be 300 dpi, CMYK, with all fonts and images embedded
PSD or JPEG - must be 300 dpi, CMYK, with all fonts and images embedded
